by The whole process is quite simple and it wont take more than couple of min's to do it.
For 32 character GUID:
Close ET. Look in your etmain folder and you will file name myguid.txt. Open it and you will see your GUID in it.
For 8 character GUID:
Any questions or problems , please let us know in general area /tutorial.
For 32 character GUID:
1. Start Game.
2. Open console using ~ key.
3. Type \clear and then \pb_myguid
4. Then type \condump myguid.txt
Close ET. Look in your etmain folder and you will file name myguid.txt. Open it and you will see your GUID in it.
For 8 character GUID:
1. Start Game.
2. Open console using ~ key.
3. Type \clear and then \pb_power
4. Seek for ur nick and next to ur nick it should be last 8 digs of ur guid
5. Write it down in notepad or make a screenshot of it.
